The Plight of Small Business in the age of The Coronavirus

An article was recently released about the different issues business are facing in Oneida Park. A report was done by James Feagin, who is the founder of “Projects + People”, a Detroit based economic development consulting firm. He interviewed multiple tenants (Business Owners) in our little one block we call Oneida Park. What he discovered, is that things are obviously rough for the business owners due to the pandemic. The business owners are facing multiple challenges that are causing them to lose a strong % of business and they are having to furlough or let go of employees to make ends meet.
